Move! Capoeira Academy
The ADB academy is called Move!, a 3300 sq/ft custom designed training facility and cultural center located near downtown Sacramento. Move! is home to Capoeira Água de Beber and a variety of other activities and special events.
The Move! facility includes a wood dance floor, martial arts mats, gymnastics equipment, free weights, mirrors, sound system, loby area, over 60 musical instruments, central location, and parking. This unique space is a center for culture and community. Its beautiful design and inspiring atmosphere, or as capoeiristas would say, axé, makes you want to move!
